Kitchen Makeover Finale!

View of kitchen curtains over the sink. These are old curtains that I simply tied left over black material over. I just cut strips and tied a bow. It took me 30minutes to do the 3 windows in the kitchen.

Before

This is after we painted the ceiling and the walls. The cafe style table legs were cut lower to accommodate the black chairs. The cafe chair legs were cut too. I will show you what I did with them later. The floor was already in the house when we moved in.

Finale!

  2. Awesome, awesome, AWESOME! You *know* I am completely in LOVE with your kitchen...there is so much more life in it now compared to the before! The red just gives it Umphhh! It's so cheerful and happy now, and I love all the details that were added like the beadboard and appliques. You did it! And a you did a fabulous job! May I feature your kitchen project on my blog? I want others to see that YES - they CAN paint their cabinets red and they CAN add all the trim to completely transform them! Great job!

  6. To Anonymous:
I got the copper lights from Lowe's. I got them for $6 ea. They were marked down, and I found them on the bottom of the shelf. I was lucky to find the last 3 because that is how many I needed. I had my husband, 1 Frugal King to install them.
